Ordering 
Simple and secure online ordering through PayPal. Once your transaction has been processed you will receive immediate confirmation of order via email. Please ensure the correct shipping destination is chosen when adding to cart. All major credit/debit cards excepted even if you do not have a PayPal account. If a PayPal account is held you can pay via this method which is even simpler.
Shipping / Delivery 
Worldwide shipping via Royal Mail (Air Mail). Please allow 21 days for delivery of your goods.
Privacy and Security 
We want you to shop with total confidence. All personal information is processed through PayPal which assures security and confidentiality. 

Damaged / Faulty Goods 
We take every effort to ensure that our products reach you in a correct and perfect condition. However, should you receive any products which are incorrect or in less than perfect condition please return the goods to us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange for a full refund or exchange. Products should be checked immediately upon receipt of delivery.

How to Return / Exchange 
Please keep all packaging and return the goods as they were sent to you. Include your name, address, telephone number and whether you would like a replacement or refund. Card refunds can only be given to the original payer. Payments made through a PayPal account will be refunded via PayPal.
